Get my priceDo I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. You can give us the keys or leave them with the property manager, and spend the time on your move. If you prefer, you can stay.
How does the key handover work?
You give them to us yourself, or the property manager hands them to us. We keep them safely and return them to the agreed person, at the latest at the handover inspection.
Do you attend the handover inspection?
Yes, on request. If the property manager asks for a touch-up, we do it on the spot. Otherwise we come back free of charge before the final handover.
Are the balcony, cellar and attic included?
Yes: balcony up to 10 m², cellar, attic and letterbox are included. A larger balcony or terrace costs CHF 55 more.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally 3 weeks: you then get 5% off. Around the official moving dates (end of March, June, September and December in Neuchâtel), slots go fast. At short notice, less than 7 days ahead, it’s possible with a 10% surcharge.
Where do you work?
In Biel/Bienne, Nidau and the Seeland, in Neuchâtel and along the lake, in La Neuveville and on the Plateau de Diesse, and in Murten/Morat and the Vully. Outside this area? Ask anyway, we’ll get back to you.
Do you speak English?
Yes: we answer your messages and calls in English. The handover inspection is usually in French or German depending on the property manager, and our team speaks both.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes, Monday to Saturday, and Saturdays at the same price. No work on Sundays, out of respect for the neighbours.
When and how do I pay?
Once the handover inspection is accepted, on the spot by TWINT or by QR bill (payable within 5 days if paying on the spot isn’t possible). No deposit up to 5.5 rooms.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
It’s free up to 48 hours before the job. After that, or if the flat can’t be accessed on the day, 50% of the price is due.
