In Switzerland, a "3.5-room flat" counts the living room and bedrooms; the kitchen and bathroom are not counted.

- Balcony or terrace over 10 m²: + CHF 55
- Garage or parking box: + CHF 55
- Carpet shampooing: + CHF 70 per room
- Clearance before cleaning: fixed quote from photos, within 24 hours
What changes the price
- −5% if you book at least 21 days before the job.
- +10% if the job is less than 7 days away.
- Saturdays at the same price as weekdays.
- Very dirty flat or rooms you didn’t mention: we tell you before we start (CHF 48 per hour per person), never after.
What’s included
Kitchen (oven, fridge, cupboards, extractor hood and filters), descaled bathroom, windows and blinds, floors, doors, skirting boards, built-in wardrobes, balcony up to 10 m², cellar and attic. The full list is on the home page.
Our other services
