Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. You can give us the keys (or leave them with the property manager) and spend the time on your move. If you prefer, you can stay.
What if the property manager rejects the cleaning?
If we attend the handover inspection, we fix it on the spot; otherwise we come back free of charge before the final handover. That's our handover guarantee.
When and how do I pay?
Once the handover inspection is accepted, on the spot by TWINT or by QR bill (payable within 5 days if paying on the spot isn't possible). No deposit for flats up to 5.5 rooms.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
It's free up to 48 hours before the job. After that, or if the flat can't be accessed on the day, 50% of the price is due. Details in our terms and conditions.
Can the price change on the day?
No, as long as the flat matches what you told us. If we find exceptional dirt or rooms you didn't mention, we tell you before we start, never after. For peace of mind, send us a few photos.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes, Monday to Saturday, and Saturdays at the same price. Handy when the handover inspection is on a Monday. No work on Sundays, out of respect for the neighbours.
Who does the cleaning?
Our own local team. We are responsible for the result and the guarantee.
Do you speak English?
Yes: we answer your messages and calls in English. The handover inspection is usually in French or German depending on the property manager, and our team speaks both.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally 3 weeks (−5%). Around 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December, slots go fast. At short notice (less than 7 days), it's possible with a 10% surcharge.
