Our local team cleans the whole flat to the list property managers check, products and equipment included.
We attend on request. If the property manager wants a touch-up on the cleaning, we do it on the spot or come back free of charge before the final handover.
Once the handover is accepted: on the spot by TWINT or by QR bill, payable within 5 days if paying on the spot isn’t possible.
What the guarantee covers
- Any touch-up the property manager or landlord asks for on the cleaning we did.
- On the spot if we attend the inspection, otherwise a free return visit before the final handover.
- In French or German, depending on the property manager’s language.
What it doesn’t cover
- Damage, wear and repairs (painting, holes, damaged grout).
- Old permanent damage: burns, baked-on limescale, permanent stains.
- A flat used or dirtied again between our visit and the inspection.
